Our most compact bungalow. Room for a single or double bed and not a great deal more, which is exactly what it is for — a teenager wanting their own door, a quiet office, or extra storage that is properly built rather than a shed.
Like every unit we build, this one is made to order. There are no load-bearing internal walls, so the plan above is a starting point rather than a fixed layout — move the bathroom, change the door and window positions, or adjust the dimensions to suit your block.
It’s prefabricated at our Carrum Downs factory, transported flat-packed and assembled on your property by our own crew. We only need side gate access about a metre wide, and we build on stumps, so there’s no excavation. Allow six to eight weeks from the start of construction to handover, and typically three to four months all up, depending on permits and our schedule. The building permit is included.

The building permit, insulated panels and double glazing, carpet, painting inside and out, a sliding glass entry door with security door, home owners warranty; six year and six month structural guarantee, and connection of services within 5 metres of the main dwelling.
