ELPOR Granny Flats and Sleepouts are also very low maintenance – using mostly external ColourBond.
The buildings have no load bearing internal walls, – you may have any internal design that suits your requirements.
Elpor Pty Ltd has taken advantage of today’s technology using high R rating polystyrene and our unique interlocking colourbond panel system.
Using this high-tech material has many benefits for our clients such as extremely high insulation rating and also acts as a high sound deadening agent, they are also very low maintenance because of the colourbond panels. All other sections and other components are powercoated aluminum.
Our Granny Flats and Sleepouts are pre-fabricated to order in our Dandenong factory then put together on site. Due to our unique panel system we can access any site, through garages or carports providing we have a gateway to walk through.

Granny Flats can be easily modified for wheelchair access including a step less shower with a folding shower seat a lowered front door jamb a 1: 14 gradient access ramp and stainless steel grab rails fitted to the bathroom & shower.
Once the Granny Flat has been completed it is easily relocated by a tradesman or handyperson which means you can take it with you if moving house, or simply sell it and recover a good portion of your initial outlay, proving another advantage to our clients.
