50m² · one bedroom · 10.0m x 5.0m

The same layout as our 9.0m x 5.0m with an extra metre of length, which goes into the living area rather than the bedroom. Worth it if the unit will be lived in full time rather than used occasionally.

Like every unit we build, this one is made to order. There are no load-bearing internal walls, so the plan above is a starting point rather than a fixed layout — move the bathroom, change the door and window positions, or adjust the dimensions to suit your block.

It’s prefabricated at our Carrum Downs factory, transported flat-packed and assembled on your property by our own crew. We only need side gate access about a metre wide, and we build on stumps, so there’s no excavation. Allow six to eight weeks from the start of construction to handover, and typically three to four months all up, depending on permits and our schedule. The building permit is included.
