  Yes our units can be modified to suit up to BAL 40

  Currently we are only open weekdays; appointments essential.

  We build on stumps so no site excavation is required

  How long does construction take?

  From the time we start onsite until handover is approximately 6-8 weeks

  Yes all sleepouts & Units can be made to any size/layout requirements

  Yes, they are 7-star energy rated to comply with NCC updated requirements introduced to Victoria on 1st May 2024

  Yes, we build all over Victoria, travel allowance is applicable for country areas

  We only require side gate access, about 1m wide
