Your granny flat arrives as prefabricated panels rather than as a finished building on the back of a truck, and that difference decides what your site needs. The panels are carried in by hand, so we only need around a metre of side gate access. We can work through a garage or a carport as long as there is a gateway to walk through. In most cases that means no crane, no road closure, and no taking down fences to get in.
