Elpor Pty Ltd has been building Granny Flats and Sleepouts since 1985 having successfully built thousands of units for satisfied clients in Australia. We have supplied accommodation throughout Victoria including larger projects like the Kinglake bushfire village.

Our building system is unique with our interlocking sandwich panels, which have an insulation rating higher than a normal dwelling. This gives Elpor Pty Ltd the ability to easily achieve a 6****** star energy rating

Our Granny Flats and Sleepouts are prefabricated to order in our Dandenong factory and put together on site. Due to our unique panel system we can access any site; through garages or carports providing we have a gateway to walk through.

Value for Money

Granny Flats can be easily modified for wheelchair access - including a step less shower with a folding shower seat, a lowered front door jamb, a 1: 14 gradient access ramp and stainless steel grab rails fitted to the bathroom & shower.
Relocating Premises

As our units come in flat packs, once the Granny Flat has been completed it is easy to relocate by a tradesman or handyperson. This means you can take it with you if moving house, or simply sell it and recover a good portion of your initial outlay, proving another advantage to our clients.
